I hate needles, period; however, Iris was so gentle, I said, I'm ready (to be stuck) by then the needle was inside my arm ready giving blood. If I ever need their service again, I'll be back and recommend this location. Thanks, Iris!
The lady that took my blood did an amazing job, even though I was scared, she was very patient with me.
