If you expect to receive basic levels of customer service or any respect whatsoever, TURN AROUND and go to another lab. I cannot express the level of dissatisfaction I have with this lab... I'm almost speechless. The accusations of not providing a legitimate sample, on top of the disregard for patient privacy and letting everyone in the waiting room know the patient's business, should have been enough for management to care.
