To say the manager of this establishment provides poor customer service implies he provides ANY customer service at all! I've been a customer of this location for maybe five, six years. It is rare for me to bring a problem to the manager's attention, but when I do bring a problem to his attention, I expect him to take responsibility and either provide me with a refund, or provide me with a store credit, which would be perfectly fine.
