Don't really know what to say. I called on a Friday about an alternator: "yup, I have 2". I call again on Monday morning to arrange pickup: "oh, I'll check if I have any for you and call you back in an hour". No call back so I call again on Monday late afternoon: "oh yeah mate sorry ! I'll give you a call back in 15!". You get the idea, it is now Tuesday, still haven't heard from the guy so I'm just driving to pick-a-part. If you can't help, just say so, I lost precious time because of you.

The most helpful, friendly, honest and polite car business I have come across in a long time. As an older female I have not always been treated honestly and fairly when seeking help with my car but this business made me feel comfortable able to trust them. My issue with my car part needed is still ongoing but I know this business is still trying to help me out. Recommend them 100 per cent.
