From the initial phone call to the final repair, the personnel was incredibly polite and professional. AJ was our service tech, he was impressively courteous and very knowledgable. Our problem was with our 7-year-old LG refrigerator, LG warranted the compressor but did not want to warrant the power control board and filter drier, AJ went to battle with LG and they reluctantly agreed to warrant those items as well.
