Great service and people. The repairs are always done correctly the 1st time.
Owner of this place is nice and easy to talk to. That’s why they get 1 star. The employee who changed my oil switched out my oil plug with one that left my engine leaking and with some type of paint chip hanging off of it. He didn’t even replace it with a size 17 socket Hondas use. I called and advised the owner of what occurred. He said it couldn’t have happened there. I do my oil changes on my own. My husband and I came to this location for a simple oil change. It seems the tech may have misplaced my oil plug and replaced it with one that has a bigger thread. I bought the original to replace the one they swapped and now it does not fit. No pre-threading was done. It looks as if some time was invested in their clean up as the plug they used was modified/grinded to fit in the oil pan hole and forced the rest of the way. My dad brought his car here and they messed up his car. The owner is not being very nice to my dad. Nobody should ever come here. This place stinks
I have been dealing with Tony for years, I’ve followed him from Nutley, Belleville and now North Arlington. It’s hard to find a excellent mechanic who is also honest and fair I never hesitate to leave my vehicles with him and just tell him to fix whatever is broken. Both Tony and Jay are extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand, they explain everything in detail and all work is done beyond what is needed . I wish all mechanics were as responsible and honest
