Called ahead today about dropping off two bikes for a tune-up. Guy on the phone told me they were closing at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm with my bikes to find their front door unlocked with the security gate blocking entry. Two guys were there and heard us (another person walked up way the same time) knocking and calling out, but ignored us. If you wanted to close early you could’ve told me that and saved me the trouble of loading up two bikes and driving to your store.
I would have given zero stars if I could. Don't go here. Don't expect them to help you, even if you have a situation where you need immediate help. That was my dilemma on Friday. I have always avoided this shop, but I need a quick tube change, 15 minutes, that's all. And they wouldn't help even though I told them I was out of spare tubes. They said it would be an hour.
