A fantastic experience! I will never go anywhere else!!!I'm used to the shops that tell you 2 weeks for an appointment - I have a long trip at the end of the week and Chad squeezed me same day even though he was going to be short salted during the week! Fantastic. Then when I got there he personally took the tailer and backed it where it needed to go. Chad was great to work with. He didn't just fix my problems, he went into detail about what had happened to cause the problem, and how to keep them from happening in the future. First time I have every been having something repaired, and the shop told me what to do so I wouldn't be a repeat customer, at least for that trailer. I won't be looking anywhere else for trailer repair.
Chad took a couple of hours to show me the damage that was done to my hubs and why it happened. I learned so much in the time he shared with me. I trust the work he did and will not hesitate to bring my trailer to him in the future..Chad provided great customer service at a time when customer service is almost non-existent.
