Catherine arrived around 10 minutes late to my appointment. I was left in a waiting room with not even a receptionist but just a sign saying that someone would come. For someone experiencing anxiety, this is not the care I would expect, and I felt increasingly upset. Upon arrival no explanation was given, a mere offhanded 'sorry to keep you waiting'.
