My son has struggled with OCD since he was a toddler. We tried multiple therapists and medications, but nothing helped other than me doing exposure therapy with him myself the best I could. If your child or yourself are struggling with OCD/Anxiety this is the only place I could confidently recommend. There are so many therapists who may get you in faster and not ask for paperwork and there's a reason...they aren't specialists! This team is dedicated to helping people who have suffered for years and not with the same old talking and nothing changing. I am so grateful for this clinic and their specialty in treating anxiety. My daughter was struggling with social anxiety and her therapist was so knowledgable about treatment and helped her build her confidence to talk to her peers. I also learned such important things about how I can best support my daughter without letting her anxiety be in charge. I have seen incredible growth in my daughter in a short amount of time! I would recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with anxiety!
Avoid Kiley Hierl! I went in with severe OCD and anxiety and after several months of "treatment" I felt the most anxiety and stress I had ever experienced in my life to the point where I couldn't even leave my house. I did every single thing she told me to do and almost ended myself as a result. I went to another doctor and after a short while I am feeling much better.
