I went to see Dr. Self in the past and for about 6 sessions I believe and she was not helping me at all during those sessions. On my last session she started calling me Eryn through out the session because she was holding the wrong persons file. She then began to say that she was proud of my progress I had made over the years of seeing her. I had only been seeing her for a few months not years. Dr. Carolyn Self treated me back in the 80's for Panic Attacks and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. She is an excellent Dr, therapist. She helped turn my life around. I would highly recommend Dr. Carolyn Self. Very compassionate , educated therapist in this field.
Went their to see Dr Carolyn Self for atleast 5 sessions... she left my file at home twice....not really helpful since I was suggesting her what I am suppose to do for myself... I stopped going back because I did not see any difference in my ocd and she never call back to see if I was doing ok or not. She just wanted the money. $150 for each session. I almost spent $800 for nothing.
