I saw Sophie for two years and she’s amazing. After many therapists over the years, she was the first to actually help me make real progress. Sophie is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely effective. After feeling stuck for so long, I finally found someone who gets it. Highly recommend.
Mary is a wonderful therapist who makes me feel understood. She is very supportive of my goals and has helped me with my debilitating OCD that I've had for many years. As of now I can confidently say that I am OCD free (or at the very least exhibit minimal symptoms) without needing to take meds for it and I am grateful she has stood by me and never gave up on me beating this mental disorder. I highly recommend her to help you with OCD and anxiety!
