Dr Sharma, Smart Oncologist, totally on top of everything to the hour. I can see the leadership cascade down to the staff. I have notice everything is STAT with this office. There is no pro long waiting with this office. Nurses are so nice and very watchful while getting Treatment. I'm thankful fornDr Sharma.
Very helpful & supportive staff. My Father ultimately succumbed to his cancer but not for lack of commitment & determination from The Oncology Institute. Thank you all!
1. Phone is never answered and when you raise this issue they tell you to text , they claim to read and respond to all messages. The messages are also never returned, you might as well drive there and speak to someone who’ll still dismiss and tell you that someone will call you back. 2. Liz at Hemet center is truly a Godsend. She has gone 1,000 the extra mile to ensure I have clear plan of treatments, and has dealt with many of my stressed calls/messages. IV infusion center RNs are also kind, respectful and sympathatic.
Its seems they dont know what they are doing! they wasted over one month of my time for a referral and after several times I called them finally they told me , its them that should get that appointment for me but for some reason they didnt do that so I had to cancel my doctor appointment with them because there is no any test have bern done on me after over 4 weeks I kept calling to them and to the place that they referred me! and that medical center kept told me you office doctor should send us referral but they didn't rega... read more
