My visit started at the front desk, where I was greeted by Michelle, the front desk specialist. She welcomed me with a warm smile and treated me with kindness and respect. Horrible repetitive bad experience with provider. Avoid at all cost. At the first appointment the MD didn’t take time to listen to the patients daily activities before prescribing a third medication and giving more information regarding the side effects. Didn’t provide an interpreter for non English speaking patient. At second appt very adamant on the diabetic patient writing down the blood sugar levels even though had a sensor for diabetes. Dr. Saeed is so wonderful! I have dealt with a particular issue regarding my neck for my entire life. Dr. Saeed took one look at me and said this is what we're going to--bloodwork and ultrasound. boom. Everything was normal thankfully but I felt like he had a plan and just made it happen without having to send me all over the place to find an answer.
