Poor service as an MD it's enough with people having there medical issues and the MD isn't proffecional. Like if she pays for our insurance out of her pocket. Changing doctor soon.
This is an edit to a previous 4-star review. I’ve been a patient here for several years and previously had very positive experiences, only when Dr. Walter was practicing here. Since changes were made and he is no longer with the office, my experience has unfortunately declined. I want to note that the front desk staff has consistently been kind, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciate them. Provider Carol Taylor is extremely unprofessional and does not deserve to be an FNP. She walked in to see my mother and it was clear she had already formed an opinion regarding my mother's chief complaint and treated my mother like a drug seeker. My mother has been a patient of this practice for almost 40 years.
