This is long, but I don’t know how else to express the impact of ANVOI’s service on what was an extremely sensitive and difficult time in my family’s life. My mother had been a resident of Taos Healthcare in Taos, New Mexico. My experience was terrible. Anvoy head nurse put my partner medical bed up against the wall claiming she wasn't going to hurt her nor assistant's back. I'm like your back what about my back. I'm with him 24/7 when they were 9nly there 20 minutes per visit for vitals. Never there to help with changing or cleaning. Not concerned for his pain she just tossed him over like a rag doll. Didn't work pain meds to accommodate his pain. He was in pain 24/7. I do not recommend this team. We changed hospice team and they came assested h... read more

Anvoi Hospice was a great comfort in assisting my family with caring for my grandmother. Having in home care was essential to my grandmother who was losing her mobility. Anvoi staff were very respectful of my grandmother’s boundaries while coming to work with a sense of humor and exuberance for their clientele.
