I have been in Anvil Athletics for about half a year and I really enjoy it. I have gone from looking at training as a chore to looking forward to it and loving the grind. As building strength building goes Dave & Damion do an amazing job. Their workouts work well and are very clear on what to do and adjust your form to make sure you get the best workout in. Love working out here and I recommend anyone trying to build muscle to join.

These guys are awesome! They have been a great help to two of my kids. They get to know them on a personal level and ways that they want to get better, and focus on the student, making them more athletic, and give them every opportunity to outwork their competition & be able to achieve their goals. You will never regret sending your kids here.

We signed up our hockey player son for their training program and it's been excellent. He's getting stronger already but doing so in a way that he learns how his body works, raising his performance level. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and personable.

I have been attending this gym for 5+ years now. This gym has been one of the key factors as to where I am right now in my athletic career. It really brings athleticism and strength together, and puts you in the best possible situation to succeed in your given sport.
