My review of this property is based on a six-month lease that I chose not to renew after finding a much better option nearby. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing for several reasons. The biggest issue is parking. Unless you pay extra for premium parking, finding a spot every evening becomes a frustrating challenge. There is simply not enough parking for residents, and the towing policies feel excessive. My favorite part about this apartment building is that when you get off a13 hour shift you are forced to park in the ivy tech parking lot ,and walk to the apartment because NO parking spots are left for you to park in even though you pay rent and live here ! 🥰✌🏼
