They postponed twice and ended up cancelling on me on the day they are supposed to come. Very poor communication from this company. I had to call/email them just to contact me and get an update. Not professional and very disappointing Edit after the response - the fact that i had to call this company multiple times just to be booked in because they left me on "will schedule your job asap" for more than a week BEFORE all the flooding happened is ridiculous.
