Dr. Duggal was late for my appointment for about 3 hours. I was hospitalized and had to wait for his opinion for further actions on antibiotics selection. Furthermore, after our first appointment, he promised to show up when I got discharged from the hospital, and he did not, we waited from morning to noon with no sign of Dr. Duggal. Dr Duggal did not show up for my appointment. The person that did see me turned out not to be listed on their website and was not recognized by the lab or imaging specialists. When I finally did get someone on the phone they did not have them in the system either. Needless to say, I booked an appointment with a different ID specialist. Just too many unknowns with the I d squad altogether.
