Dr Kottapalli is the best primary doctor I have ever met
Dr. Kottapalli was initially very kind to me when she thought she had found a diagnosis, and told me to schedule a follow up for a couple of weeks. At that second appointment, when lab results led her to believe her initial diagnosis was wrong, it was like a switch flipped. She was cold, detached, incredibly rude, blamed my symptoms on depression (which I do not have) and tried to prescribe me a stimulant because "no one your age should be crying like this" (I was crying because I had been sick for months with no answers and... read more
Dr. Kottapalli is an outstanding doctor. She came highly recommended to me and I’ve recommended her to friends and family for years. She’s detailed, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and simply the very best!!
Dr K (as she is known by) is a wonderful primary care doctor. She really cares. She’s a good listener. She looks at me, not her computer screen. She’s compassionate. And I trust her. That is all rare for a doctor these days. I’m soooo happy she’s my PCP!!
She lied to me about my PCP; she didn't say she wasn't there...I wouldn't have seen her anyway, but she charged me $99.00; and I wouldn't have been charged that if I saw my PCP.
