Dr. K was very knowledgeable answered all my questions with easy to follow explanations. She was thoughtful and thorough. Friendly and easy to talk to
The doctor herself is great. She's consistently been late to all of my appointments though. And I don't mean being simply late by 5-10 minutes. My past 3 visits she's consistently been over 20 minutes late. Im sitting waiting for a video conference w/ her to start now, it's been 23 minutes. I don't know what's going on there at this location, don't know if the scheduling system isn't working, or if its their notification system. But something is not working here. I was very surprised when Dr. Kottapalli apparently dropped my insurance (Cigna) within 24 hours of an appointment. She had been my primary care physician for several years. I think that I deserved to be notified in advance. Very discouraged about the system.
