Office does not submit billing in a timely manner. Does not assist well in getting prescription/ outside procedures coordinated with other medical offices.
She has been taking care of me for 20 plus.years. She and her husband are excellent doctors and take the time to listen and care about my concerns.
My experience with Dr. Divakaruni has been most rewarding. She has taken my health concerns into account as if she is determined to help me win this battle. She takes the time to make sure she understands my concerns and directs my plan of care appropriately.

They are excellent Doctors, but the wait is awful. I waited 3 hours and there where 2 patients ahead of me. I got up and left. I can see waiting a hour, but 3 . I don’t have the patients for that.
I really like Dr. Divakaruni. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains things so that they’re easy to understand. However; the wait time is horrible. My last appointment I waited for 2 hours after my appointment time before I got to see her....with a newborn. They also do not respond to MyChart messages, and the staff doesn’t seem very concerned about patient’s symptoms at all.
Dr Anu is an excellent Doctor. She explains and listens to you in regards to you questions or concerns. Doesn't rush you out the door.
Dr Divakaruni always has time for me, im never rushed out without her explaining everything i need addressing. Both Shashi and Anu are for the patient. They are both so caring of their patients.
Waiting in the office for two hours and still haven't been called called back to see the doctor
