Dr Kamal is awesome. He truly takes the time to talk to you. He honestly cares and he is able to communicate to you in an understanding way. His office crew are all wonderful. They greet you with a smile and are always happy to see you. His medical crew are great and very knowledgeable. I don't like going to the doctors. When it comes to doctor Kamala office, I actually look forward to going to the doctors office. I can not describe how wonderful everyone one is there. Love them all.

Have been helping my elderly neighbor who selected this doctor as his primary due to his Humana Gold insurance.....the doctor himself is completely unresponsive and unavailable, the referral staff does not follow through and a procedure with his cardiologist had to be rescheduled because they dropped the ball, the case manager does not return calls in a timely manner or at all sometimes, the phone system does not make it easy for an elderly person to call in, the only positive about this office is Ida Houston, ARNP.....hope ... read more
Horrible patient care. Will not speak with me ,ever, nurses and referral person have no sense of urgency.I have been diagnosed with triple negative inflammatory breast cancer with Mets. My insurance Humana has no problem with me going to moffitt cancer center, but dr kamal refuses to refer me.mind boggling. Do not use this guy
If there was a zero I would pick that rating. I am Reporting this Dr to the Dept of Health. He refused a referral request from Moffitt Cancer Center. This is unacceptable and unprofessional considering the insurance company was absolutely fine approving it. Bottom line… this Dr should be charged criminally in denying care. Be warned.
