Despite all the negative reviews I had a good experience here. The facilities are welcoming and the 60 min relaxing massage was performed really well by Wina. I would certainly go back.
Not good service, there was no relaxing music, no fragrance in the room, massage was ok.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this massage company. Not only was the room I was in very smelly, but there was also no music playing during the massage. When I brought these issues up to the manager, she became extremely rude and aggressive towards me. I was shocked when she even shut the door on my hand. As someone who values good customer service, I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I would not recommend this massage company to anyone and will not be returning.
