The Dr is great.But the home device was dirty & did not work. The people who give you the home equipment are rude & difficult to deal with. My second sleep study device came dirty as well,smelled of cigarettes and I was told I would get a new clean machine. It took 7 weeks to get my study done because of the equipment issue. OhioHealth needs to get a new company or new machines.
