Dr. Shukla is very compassionate, personable, and thorough. He looked me in the eyes and talked to me like I matter. He spent a lot of time with me; he listened, didn't treat me like I was crazy, and considered all of my thoughts. He is also performed my EBUS procedure and talked to me both before and after the procedure, even though I know he was busy with other procedures. I really can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend!
