First of all, it was highly unprofessional. I had serum and normal day cream on my face, and instead of applying powder to make threading easier, she was pulling on my skin. She was so rough. I went for a full-face waxing earlier this week. First thing - they mention that they take walk-ins, but when I arrived at 10:36 AM, the salon was still closed. I called the number listed on their website (it clearly said they should be open) and the person on the phone told me to wait, saying someone would be there shortly. I waited and eventually, someone did come to open the salon. Horrible experience with a face wax, they are rude to clients, not open to feedback, no hygiene. I went in for a face wax yesterday, I had warned them that I have sensitive skin. She waxed my face in such a rough manner, no technique whatsoever. She ripped a huge layer of my chin skin off, and proceeded to thread over it. When I confronted her, she denied it and said that I’m making stuff up just not to pay.
