Took my car to them while on vacation. Battery light was on, and AAA tech had tested the battery, and it was good. However, the battery had died because the alternator wasn't charging it. This dealer took 2 days to even look at the car, and then insisted that they had to replace the battery first, for which they charged $465 (!). Took another entire day for them to do this, and then quoted $2100 (!!!!!!!!) for a new alternator and $1100 for something completely unrelated.
