I really hate writing this review because The used Sienna that I bought is wonderful. I have asked various individuals at least 6 times to please provide a copy of the CARFAX that was shown to me at purchase so that I may fill out the maintenance records in the book provided. The last straw was to send a snail mail to the dealership general manager requesting the CARFAX and I included $5.00 to defray the cost of paper/toner to duplicate, a mailing envelope and postage back to me. Was told by the service manager that I could drop my car off early for service. When I got there at 6:30, a young man told me that they were closed and that I had to wait 1/2 hour to drop off my car.... and he told me that no service manager would ever tell me that I could drop off my car early. Well then that would make me both stupid and a liar. And I am neither. What I am is truly disappointed in Antwerpen, especially since I bought the car there. I went to Toyota Antwerpen of Clarksville for a oil change and came out with Three brown new cars for me, husband and son. I was helped by wonderful sales persons by the name of Ola and Angel. They were very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank You.
We contacted the dealership this morning regarding a very specific Venza that they had on their lot. We made an appointment later on in the day and come in only to find out that it was sold. When we got there, Mr. Pierre Castor (the sales person assigned to work with us) tells us that there are other Venzas available on the lot and not to worry.
