I really hate writing this review because The used Sienna that I bought is wonderful. I have asked various individuals at least 6 times to please provide a copy of the CARFAX that was shown to me at purchase so that I may fill out the maintenance records in the book provided. The last straw was to send a snail mail to the dealership general manager requesting the CARFAX and I included $5.00 to defray the cost of paper/toner to duplicate, a mailing envelope and postage back to me. I brought my GR86 in for a simple oil change at Antwerpen Toyota, but they managed to damage the body of the lower rocker panel while putting it on the lift. I notified the service director and service advisor via email, however they do not seem to care in the slightest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND bringing any sports cars here because they obviously don't know how to put them on a lift without damaging the car. I went for oil change so I ask them I have oil leak in my other car if then can check it.My advisor Phil o. said they With find out where is oil leak . He call n said you need to change oil pan gasket n it will be around $550 . I pay $530 to fix it . Came home check in morning oil is still leaking more then before. I call n said oil is still leaking he said bring car will check they come back with other problems. They change $530 for what ? I Evan doesn't know they did any work or not oil is still leaking . This is a Predator car dealership! Watch the financing options they give you! Nicholas the sales person is horrible! He never keeps you updated about the whole sell process. I kept on calling him with no response. My whole experience with this car dealership was horrible! Stay away!

I purchased a Toyota Certified Preowned 2016 Toyota Prius C, in great condition, from the Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville, Maryland, only to find next day that its basic equipment, automatic door locks were not working. I drove it back to the dealer immediately and was reassured that I could bring it back the next morning when the service center was open to have it fixed, and we were promised by a sales agent that the cost would be covered by the dealership. Was told by the service manager that I could drop my car off early for service. When I got there at 6:30, a young man told me that they were closed and that I had to wait 1/2 hour to drop off my car.... and he told me that no service manager would ever tell me that I could drop off my car early. Well then that would make me both stupid and a liar. And I am neither. What I am is truly disappointed in Antwerpen, especially since I bought the car there.
