If I could give this review a 0, I would! Don't come here if you want to be liable for fixing this dealership's mess! The service department is only about money and lacks customer service. I went in for a oil change, they had me sit for 2 hours to tell me they couldn't service my vehicle because my hood was bent. A hour later I was driving down the highway and my hood flew open, shattering my windshield and damaging my hood even more. Do not come here! I never write reviews but I had to for this. I took my car in after the check engine light came on, they told me it would take 4 days and had no rentals so I had to get a rental from enterprise. They said if it was covered by warranty they would reimburse me. Two hours after I drop my car off and pick up the rental they said it was ready. I had to try and change the date of my rental return, was able to, then I get a call saying it’s no longer ready and will be the following day. I had to extend the rental.... read more
Everything is good. Could have provided a free coffee or snacks for the customers.
Don't ever try to get something done on a Friday. They don't pick up the phone and instead, collect messages for later. My vehicles sensors are going haywire and there's no one to speak to. Don't use these people
