Got the job done, took way too long (3days) for a common part to come to a "major" dealer in area and then they tried to add extra stuff. It was all petty stuff but I appreciate their attempt. Check out was easy, and the car was drivable
I’ve had my 2023 Hyundai Palisade serviced here in the past, but after my recent experience, I won’t be coming back. I went in because a wiper was stuck after a snowstorm. I knew it was a simple reset, but I couldn't do it myself. I explained that I had an 8-hour drive to Boston the very next day and needed help. The service desk attendant came out, barely looked at it, and told me I had to book an appointment for a full "diagnostic" next week. The service is amazing. They are busy but their customer service is top tier. The guys who work the front desk are polite and attentive. Wish I got their names. The free car wash guy was a different story but u don’t want him to get in trouble it’s the holidays
