He was courteous, thorough and informative and made the typically dreaded service appointment a pleasant one. Thank you Aaron!
Dropped off my vehicle 2 weeks ago for a recall and was told it was be looked at the week I dropped it off. Was never given a loaner, and was contacted through text ONE time by Sabrina about when a tech would check it out. Never got checked out. Never responded to any of my texts for an update so I called, just for them to give a later date, but then no update or response to my calls/texts on that date..2 weeks without a car.
