Horrible brought my car in for two recalls and they kept it for 3 days an made my car even worse. I was told i would be called and the only way i was able to talk to anyone was to drive 14 miles for them to give me my “drivable” car to only have to bring it back. DONT CALL NO ONE WILL ANSWER. Best way is to go up the but even they will give you the run around. I have to go back because they started but if i had a choice i wouldnt go back here
DO NOT get your car serviced at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville! Worst service experience. Had my car there for nearly a week; They said the work was complete, but a day later, the check engine light was on for the same reason. I take it back to get this problem resolved, but they didn’t give me a loaner, just a Lyft ride to work, and then I was stuck there because I couldn’t get in touch with my service advisor at the end of the day to get my car back! The communication at this dealership is horrible. I would not recommend them for a purchase a vehicle. I would never go back to them again plus the service center is horrible. Took the dealership more than 30 days to finalize a deal with very little communication love the vehicle I’m in, but if I could do it all over, I would definitely use a different dealership
