Car purchase.
Bought a car a month ago brand new car 2026 and had issue with charging port 20v but took the car there to get it fixed but they couldn’t figure it out and told me it gonna take a while waited 3 hours they still didn’t fix the issue and had reschedule the appointment because couldn’t wait there any longer really a horrible service at the service department Not gonna buy any car from there again
I would not recommend this service center. The communication and customer service were extremely poor. My 87-year-old father experienced an engine failure after his vehicle was affected by an engine recall. He had his vehicle towed to this service center, where it remained for more than a month with little to no communication about its status. After waiting three weeks without any updates, my father went to the dealership in person to ask about his vehicle. Only then was he told they needed copies of his oil change receipts.... read more
Che was very helpful again. Finds the solutions immediately.
Took my car in at 8am for oil change and didn’t receive my car until 7pm. They told me they’ll give me a call when it’s ready. However, never once updated me on anything. I waited patiently then gave them a call at 3:30pm and the front desk told me it’ll be done soon and will call back asap. That call never came and later I walked into the store to pick up my car and found out everyone went home except sales ppl. They had to call the manager to open cabinet to my car keys.
