Did not make it past the front desk I went in there to ask about seeing a dentist I have a absence tooth and in very bad pain they say it's by referral only I said thanks for nothing and left

The Dr was nice but that's the only thing that was good about this practice or experience. I was referred to this practice by my regular dentist because I broke my jaw. I am disabled and on GA Medicaid. I get $822 a month to live on. GA Medicaid shows this practice as a provider and their website says they are. I filled out all of the new patient paperwork online and on the day of my appt had to pay $534 for the initial exam and a 3D scan. There is absolutely no need for this scan! Where do I begin? I was a nervous wreck so much so my BP was elevated! I had to get 2 implants and an extraction😫. I’d put it off way to long!!! Prior and during the surgery the staff as well as Dr. Treadway made me feel comfortable even through my tears…no I didn’t opt to be put under, I heard every word uttered even the tools he was using! I was terrified the day of my extraction I was so nervous I almost canceled . When I got there front staff very organized. Nurses brought me back took my vitals and make sure I was comfortable they were sooo nice and The entire process was beyond professional!!! Dr . Treadway was very patient and confident in his work which made me feel even more comfortable.
