This place has MAJOR safety concerns first off none of the machines get maintained or have paperwork on them the dyes on the break press are loose causing deformed parts,which hasn't been a concern to managment while I was there multiple parts had to be replaced on my welding machine I was getting shocked for weeks before they did anything coolant hoses burst while working all over my clothes the arc caused my ground to split in half causing me to have to weld while a vise script held the ground down for multiple days I work... read more

Be prepared to wear many hats and don't expect recognition. Essentially, be prepared to learn multiple departments without extra pay. Even though they hirred you for a certain position, you will be expected to be a floater and go to any department whenever needed. Reviews only happen in April, and don't expect significant raises. Training is mostly self-taught, and schedules vary constantly.
I worked there for almost a year through an agency (Proman). In my experience, I can say that there are racist, incompetent, and inept leaders in both assembly and manufacturing. They make false promises to hire you, but no matter how many things you do well, one mistake and they will crucify you. I was unfairly fired, and they only spoke to the agency to get rid of me.
