Five start rating is not enough. I had been waiting on a recall for my Honda for over a year. I called Honda America and they said they would direct me to another Honda Dealership to have the recall processed. The facility and staff were amazing. It was well worth the drive to get the recall processed. When I went to get back in the vehicle I realized it had been washed and vacuumed. WOW. Again worth the drive. Antrim Way Honda is a 10 star dealership.
