I agree Kyle the maintenance guy is great but buyer beware of Parkbridge & park management! If you Google you will find out what kind of business Parkbridge is. In BH community next door, they file applications with LTB to raise rent over guidelines every year. Parkbridge has no right to enter MY home (that I own! not rent) without my permission & I should not have been forced to sign that I agreed to it on a lease! Please be aware the emergency response time of 5-8 min advertised on the website is inaccurate. Freelton fire station is volunteer only. The closest EMS stations are Greenville and Waterdown. With much longer response times. Sadly, Parkbridge management has been made aware of this many times and yet it is still advertised on their website. The response time is closer too tripple the amount of time Parkbridge advertises on both Antrim and Beverly Hills estates.
I have been a resident here for almost 3 years, and have found the office and maintenance staff have been open, friendly and available to respond and/or to assist me with questions and concerns I have regarding Antrim Glen. With thanks.
