Had concerns with the fit of retainer, the receptionist was able to get us in within 5 calendar days. Experienced excellent customer service, patient caring from Dr.vinicelli’s team and himself. Adjustment was made, we continue to appreciate the ability of the aftercare with Dr. Vinicelli’s office.
Had a consultation here recently and thought they did a great job answering all my questions and concerns. I’ve had many other consultations with other orthodontists and thought that this clinic did the best job of all them. The informations packet given at the end of the consultation was very informative and the overall pricing was very reasonable compared to other orthodontists offering the same services. I will return to this review later once treatment begins and everything is resolved.
We’ve had a great experience here with our daughter who is 5.5 getting her expander put in. The staff is so good with kids and she is obsessed with the points system for “stuffie” rewards and the video games she can play while waiting for her appointment! The staff made her feel really comfortable even though she was nervous.
