I typically do not write reviews but this was close to dangerous!!! I have gone to Dr. Labady for that last few years and had no real issues until recently. I called to get a refill of vital meds for an extended period of time since I would be traveling over seas. I had done similar request in the past and had no issues. I had already gotten the approval from my insurance company roughly 1 week earlier and simply needed Dr. Labady to call the pharmacy to fill the request. 0 Stars as someone who works in healthcare for over 14 years this is the worst I've seen. Not only did I send my husband to be seen by Dr. Labady, he NEVER called back with results for husbands. We called several times trying to find out results for his scan, we were told to go check MyChart. I guess their assumption is that my husband is supposed to be able to interpret the scan results.
