2/2025 - The quality is still there: had 4 sweaters cleaned, one returned with a tag stating the stating a stain or stains could not be removed despite special care to do so. After 3 extensive inspections of the garment, I finally found what was being referred to and it was a non-issue. I was so impressed w/their honesty & respectful customer service.
