I've come here off and on as needed, but wanted to highlight a great experience on January 8 and January 9 with Karen. When I stopped in to drop off a suit, sports coat, and shirt, she was incredibly helpful in explaining to me how the VIP program works and helped me to get enrolled, which simplifies my life as a busy professional.
