Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. They ruined a very expensive comforter purchased in Italy. I washed it before somewhere else with excellent results. Completely ruined after I gave to them. After my complaint, someone called me the day after (I suppose she was the supervisor). She immediately attacked me and basically told me that she was right and I was wrong. She said that they followed the label instructions (which is very unlikely, since it was written in Italian with no symbols), so what they did was right and th... read more

Good Quality Cleaning. The girl at the front desk was very helpful as she carried all of my clothes out to my auto, since I am 81.
