Dr. Karsigiannis has been our family physician for almost 30 years, which is why we chose to stay with him when he joined MDVIP. The annual check-up is more thorough than I have ever experienced before and for the follow-up discussion Dr. K. takes his time with clear explanations, detailed advice, and great patience. We have always been, and continue to be, completely satisfied with the care we receive and we are very happy with our personal relationship with Dr. K.
I had been to several doctors including a cardiologist for chest symptoms. I had a stress test and ultrasound and was told by all that I was fine and to take over the counter pain relievers. One doctor even was so bold as to suggest it as all ' in my head, anxiety' I wandered into Dr K's office on a Friday at 3 PM. Rather than push me away , he listened to my story. Dr. K sat down with me and went over my tests. He explained all the changes that have been made. We also discussed the changes I need to make to get myself in better shape. I find I can talk to him about anything. I have been seeing him for over 20 plus years. He takes the time with his patients. Listens, explains and gives advice.
I thought a concierge doctor was the right choice, but he’s only interest is money. Had me go back to CVS 4 times in one day and had me wait 1.5 hrs to pick it up. Not for the first time.

Dr K is my friends dad. I recently was traveling and had an eye problem. I couldn't reach my doctor so I called Dr K whom I had met this past summer. I took a picture of my eye and sent it to him. He diagnosed the problem immediately, called in medicine for me and even checked up on me when I got home. I had an office visit with him a few days later. I've never had a doctor call me at home to see how I was doing. I'm so grateful for him and will make him my doctor as well.
I have found that Dr. Katsigiannis (K) is the most caring, concerned and professional doctor I have ever gone to. When I come in distressed he takes what I share seriously and follows up with me to assure what he has prescribed is working and if not he does not hesitate to make changes where needed. His ability to work with my team of doctors is nothing less than professional! I know I am safe with him as my primary doctor. I not only trust him but I trust my families' health care to him.
