This is a traditional UMASS favorite! You can't beat this place and I've yet to find pizza like this anywhere else. Amazing varieties and all fresh!
Always been very good. Take out only
good pizza antonio's is great when you can actually fit through the door. the pizza is good, and it's obvious a lot of people like it, but the location can feel a bit cramped, especially if you get there around when a bunch of drunk kids are filling it up. but if you walk by and it's not too crowded, stop in and pick up a slice, you'll likely enjoy it.
I eat here all the time and its great for pizza pies.
Lack of judgement I'm sorry but it's hard to be sympathetic for the store manager who okayed the order for over $3000 worth of pizzas on good faith just because it was someone he thought was from Dylan's road crew. How naive can you get. The manager should have asked for a deposit or some form of I.D. He should have to pay for this boneheaded lack of judgement.
Best Pizza Around I know it's small and crowded, but there's a reason ppl line up outside the store!! A-mazing!! There is no better place in the world. If you're in town, stop by.
A must try for pizza lovers! – If you are gonna eat in Amherst, go to Antonios. They have the best pizza that I have ever had.(and I have had a lot of pizza in my life) The place can be crowded especially at night 8 PM- Closing but the lines are so worth it. They have a bunch of creative kinds of pizza and trust me they are good. They don't normally have much space in the resturant so, buy a slice and love it
A slice of Amherst culture The pizza at Antonio's is decent and they'll have varieties you won't find anywhere else. I like the tomato basil mozzarella slice; other family members like the baked potato pizza and the barbeque chicken pizza. Amherst is a relatively quiet small town, and Antonio's sits right in the heart of it, so the pizza joint ends up being the cheap late-night hang for high school and college kids who don't want to go home just yet :). The tiny place is always packed and at night, the students spill out ont... read more
From a former UMASS-er Whoever described it using the words "happy mosh pit" had it right. Part of the draw is the challenge of getting your relatively cheap, yet outrageously delicious, slice o' heaven without losing a limb - it's practically a rite of passage before you graduate... In regards to the mood/wit of the staff - it ain't easy feeding that many hungry (often, ahem, "happy") students and townsfolk alike and still keep the throngs moving along. I cannot recall a time where I ever felt slighted by something a staff ... read more
