Dr Diaz is an amazing doctor. I feel that he genuinely cares for his patients, takes his time listening to any health concerns you have and he explains everything diligently.
The doctor is amazing. The 1 star is for his office. His receptionists are horrendous. The woman always has an attitude, never processes the referrals on time which causes us to get billed or miss appointments and they also bill incorrectly charging us 100$ at a time that we have to get corrected every time with the insurance. I don’t know why she the lady at the desk has such an attitude, but she needs to find a different job if she can’t provide customer service. As for the doctor he is thorough and takes his time.
