I am terminally ill. Dr. Antonio O. Castellvi, had me banned from Baycare even the hospitals. Now I am without any medical help.
Was just diagnosed last Friday as a type 2 diabetic and doctor ordered all supplies and medicine. No real instructions as to what to do when other than no white bread, flour, etc. and to do my research for more info. Called yesterday and left message for help - no call back. I scheduled an appointment with Endocrinologist and spoke with nurse through insurance to find out what to do when. I expect more. I am very disappointed.

Hands-down the best doctor to whom I have gone. He took the time to listen, explain my condition and even went out of hiss way to lower my medication costs. He is now my primary care doctor for as long as I can keep him! Amazing physician!
