MY EXPERIENCE COULDN'T BE WORSE. ENDED UP GOING TO MAYO CLINIC TO HAVE THEM REPAIR WHAT HE DID TO ME. WALKED INTO TO SURGERY ABLE TO URINATE WALKED OUT UNABLE TO URINATE. HE PUSHED AN IMPLANT TO POSSIBLY SOLVE THE ISSUE. BOTTOM LINE HE NEVER REPAIRED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM BU INSISTED HE DID. ALWAYS SHOULD ME THE CAMERA PICTURES BEFORE I HAD SURGERY AFTER SURGERY WOULD NOT SHOW ME THE MONITORBUT CLAIMED HIS REPAIR WAS FINE. A BOLD FACE LIE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR
Thorough Doctor who speaks perfect English, but communicates your care plan ineffectively in my opinion. He did not take the time to explain next-steps with me. My questions were met with brief, overly generalized answers which were of zero benefit. Changed to a different Urologist.
Thoughtful, considerate and spent a great deal of time focusing on my individual concerns and issues
Dr. Mancini performed an in-patient procedure on my husband that required anesthesia. He sent us home with no aftercare instructions, so we didn't know what to do to relieve the pain and discomfort. There was no way to contact the nurse either. Very poor communication with the office.
Immediately after my initial visit I had a question for Dr. Desai. I called his office 4 times. Twice I was assured of a call back by a staff member, and twice I left a message on a recorder. I never heard back.
I thought Dr. Desai was very good, he took the time to explain everything to me. Good bedside manner !
What a great doctor. Makes the visit as good as it can get.
He does not have a great bedside manner. Does not explain things to you. Felt like I wasn't important.
Bedside manner is A+. Takes his time explaining things and will let you ask as many questions as you might have! He has been our urologist for many years now and in our opinion is one of the best ones around!
