Dr. Phillips really cares for his patients. He breaks down his recommendations on medicine but he cares about your mental well being as well!!!
I see a lot of people complaining about wait time; this is inevitable in the medical field. I can state something is minor and the physician will find it more serious so I need more care than previously expected; it happens. Dr Antonio is an outstanding, knowledgeable, caring physician with tons of patience. I would rather my doctor take his time with me then to speed through everything and then I’m misdiagnosed. The microwave mentality (everything done quickly) is not the best option for everything.
Terrible service for a doctor. I Went it on time to my appointment, to only sit in the exam room for AN HOUR IN A HALF. The entire time while I’m waiting I can actively hear Dr.Antonio Phillips having personal conversations with staff and exiting patients loudly. It is clear the conversations are personable but defiantly not time conscious. After waiting an hour and 15minutes, I walk out and ask the nurses when I can be expect to be seen.
