Dr Dawson and his staff is amazing..I came in this morning...Friday..without an appointment for a health issue and within a hour I was seen..given a shot and sent a prescription to my store to be filled..If anyone is looking for a new doctor and you're in Goose Creek..This is your place..

Where do I even start about Dr Dawson! (Tears) After my husbands horrific motorcycle accident which left him a paraplegic with a traumatic brain injury, we needed to find a good Dr for both of us. I was a total basket case with now being a 24/7 caregiver which I knew nothing about.
