Where do I even start about Dr Dawson! (Tears) After my husbands horrific motorcycle accident which left him a paraplegic with a traumatic brain injury, we needed to find a good Dr for both of us. I was a total basket case with now being a 24/7 caregiver which I knew nothing about. Dr. Dawson is caring and thorough with his exams. He cares about his patients and spends time with them. Great physician!
