Waited 40 minutes in the waiting area while other patients came and went. Checked in when I got there and the lady said she would mark me as present and to wait in the waiting area. I did and my name was never called. When I went to inquire about the wait the receptionist said she thought I left because she didn't see me. She didn't bother to look and she never called my name. It was very disappointing to say the least. I like Dr. Webb and the NP, Amanda seems knowledgeable. I was just very disappointed in this visit.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! DROPPED ME AS A PATIENT 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY 6 MONTH FOLLOW UP AND REFUSED TO SEE ME AS A PATIENT AND WOULDNT GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION!! HAD TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR FOR MY SPINE SURGERY FOLLOW UP! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO HIM OR SOUTH TEXAS SPINE WHERE HE WORKS!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Webb. He took time to explain to me everything he saw in my xray and what it meant for my health. He is a fellow Vet and we thanked each other for our service. I highly recomend Dr. Webb.
Front desk was very kind and helpful as I had a few issues completing forms on IPad. Dr. Webb was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
