Dr. Picon is a masterful surgeon who saved my life when I arrived at the Stamford Hospital Emergency Room with a strangulated, incarcerated femoral hernia. He and his extraordinary team of doctors performed life saving emergency surgery not long after I was diagnosed with this life threatening condition.
