At the beginning of the appointment, Mr. Arredondo inquired about my mother's education in response to a question she asked about the anesthesia process. This led to confusion and a tense/awkward atmosphere. I felt uncomfortable and so I spoke to my mother in my native tongue to determine if we should follow through with this appointment. This for some reason aggravated Mr. Arredondo and began saying I was being offensive for speaking my language. He left the room and in the hallway made a scene by pointing at me shouting "Y... read more
